College of Charleston, United States of America Visits University of Toyama

On February 16, 2018, Dr. Alice M. Hamilton, Director of Center for Continuing and Professional Education and Mr. David McIntosh, Director of English Language Institute from College of Charleston, United States of America paid a courtesy visit to President Shunro Endo.
University of Toyama and College of Charleston concluded a university-level agreement in Feb. 2017. A short-term study abroad program (4 weeks) for our students is held at the English language Institute, College of Charleston during every summer break from 2015. This program provides an opportunity for the students to improve their language skills and cross-cultural awareness. During this visit, they actively discussed further promotion of academic cooperation between the two institutions.
